Alliance Maintenance & Management, Inc. (AMMI) was started in 1990 by David J. Jensen as a small business catering to residents who needed their house to look like a palace when they arrived home.
Within a short period of time, the small family business began attracting large firms and winning commercial contracts for offices, buildings, and stores.
AMMI's philosophy of "providing the highest level of customer service possible and being the most professional building maintenance & management contractor in the industry" has paid off. AMMI and its staff of more than
100 personnel now cater to facilities in Suffolk and Nassau Counties and the five Boroughs, providing a wide variety of janitorial and maintenance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We maintain memberships in the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC).
David J. Jensen is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) and an active speaker at trade conventions, in addition to his role as a teaching instructor for adult education classes on Long Island about janitorial and maintenance services.
Rick Perez is a Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) and has over 25 years experience in the Building Service industry.
AMMI's facility is presently located in Shirley, Long Island, in a 10,000-square-foot facility with service departments, products departments, quality control departments, and business offices all waiting to serve you!
