Alliance has taken a systems approach to improving and growing our business both in scope and in geographical size.

We consider our organization to be NUMBER ONE in customer service we would like to outline the available lines of communication in order of importance (from most desirable to least desirable):

  1. www.ammi.biz website, "Feedback" page - this is an interactive page that allows a customer to give details of a particular concern that they may have. This page will automatically be e-mailed to multiple managers and will be acted upon immediately.
  2. E-mail your questions or concerns to callcenter@ammi.biz. This e-mail will be forwarded to multiple managers and will be acted upon immediately. This is presently available, but does not utilize the interactive form which is available on #1 above.
  3. Call our home offices at 1-877- AMMI-HELPS (1-877-266-4435) for a customer service representative between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM eastern time, Monday through Friday.
  4. Fax us your concern using the attached "Customer Commitment Response Form" to 631-281-5348. This will be received by our office between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM eastern time, Monday through Friday and acted upon immediately.
  5. For after-hours emergencies, please call our home office @ 1-877-AMMI-HELPS (1-877-266-4435) and follow the prompts for our emergency phone numbers.


By utilizing one of the methods above, your personnel are sure to have an opportunity to make their specific concerns known and we have the opportunity to solve any problems that are occurring and put a system in place to make sure that the situation never occurs again.

As we roll out new regions, we are making a significant investment in people, equipment and other resources to ensure that we have a strong infrastructure in place to handle all of the services and issues that are applicable to ALL of our customers.
